Built around the process, not a fixed model.

Handheld laser welding can produce narrow, clean welds with a smaller heat-affected zone than many conventional processes. It is used for sheet-metal fabrication, enclosures, frames, kitchens, signs and general metalwork.

Successful selection depends on material, thickness, joint design, gap, weld position, required penetration and production volume. A sample weld is the most reliable way to confirm the final process window.

Which power is right for my material thickness?+

Power is only one factor. Joint design, fit-up, speed, material and penetration target must be reviewed together.

Do I need a wire feeder?+

Autogenous welding can work for tight, consistent joints. Wire helps bridge gaps and control bead profile on many applications.

Can one machine weld, clean and cut?+

Selected multi-function heads support these modes, but the exact capability and accessories must be confirmed.

Is training required?+

Yes. Operators need process training, laser safety controls, suitable PPE and a controlled work area.
