Product overview
Handheld laser welding can produce narrow, clean welds with a smaller heat-affected zone than many conventional processes. It is used for sheet-metal fabrication, enclosures, frames, kitchens, signs and general metalwork.
Successful selection depends on material, thickness, joint design, gap, weld position, required penetration and production volume. A sample weld is the most reliable way to confirm the final process window.

Reference specification
Indicative information for early project screening. Exact components, performance, certification, warranty and availability require written confirmation.
Where it fits
Use these examples to frame the requirement. Final results depend on material, geometry, process settings and acceptance criteria.
Join thin and medium sheet for cabinets, housings and panels.
Produce clean seams on stainless sinks, counters and assemblies.
Weld tubes, profiles, corners and fabricated structures.
Handle selected maintenance and small-batch welding tasks.
Selection workflow
Provide drawings or photos showing material, thickness and joint type.
State penetration, appearance, strength and distortion limits.
Test representative parts, especially aluminium or variable gaps.
Finalize power, feeder, gas, extraction, PPE, voltage and training.
Common questions
These answers are general guidance. Send the actual workpiece details for a configuration review.
Power is only one factor. Joint design, fit-up, speed, material and penetration target must be reviewed together.
Autogenous welding can work for tight, consistent joints. Wire helps bridge gaps and control bead profile on many applications.
Selected multi-function heads support these modes, but the exact capability and accessories must be confirmed.
Yes. Operators need process training, laser safety controls, suitable PPE and a controlled work area.
