Built around the process, not a fixed model.

Fiber laser marking is widely used for permanent identification and engraving on metals and compatible plastics. MOPA sources add pulse-control flexibility for black marking, fine surface effects and selected colour marking on suitable materials.

The final platform should be selected by material, mark type, depth, contrast, marking field, cycle time and part handling. Fixtures, rotary axes, vision and enclosure options can be added to suit the workflow.

What is the difference between standard fiber and MOPA?+

MOPA provides wider pulse-control flexibility, which can improve results for black marking, fine surfaces and selected colour effects.

Can it mark plastic?+

Some plastics respond well, while others require a different wavelength or additives. Sample testing is recommended.

How large can the marking area be?+

The field depends on the lens and working distance. Larger fields usually trade off some spot size and energy density.

Can the marker be integrated into a production line?+

Yes. Flying marking, sensors, encoders, fixtures, vision and communication interfaces can be configured.
