Product overview

Built around the process, not a fixed model.

Continuous-wave cleaning applies steady laser energy and is normally selected for robust substrates, heavier contamination and larger working areas. It prioritizes removal rate and productivity.

A complete selection must consider substrate thickness, heat tolerance, rust or coating depth, duty cycle, site conditions and fume extraction. Sample testing is recommended before final power selection.

Common questions

Before you request a quote.

These answers are general guidance. Send the actual workpiece details for a configuration review.

Is continuous cleaning faster than pulse cleaning?+

It is generally faster on heavy contamination and large robust surfaces, but the exact result depends on the process and material.

Can it be used on thin sheet?+

Thermal influence must be evaluated carefully. Pulse cleaning may be a better fit for thin or sensitive substrates.

Is water cooling always required?+

Many higher-power systems use water cooling, while selected portable lower-power platforms may be air cooled.

What site information should I provide?+

Voltage, duty cycle, ambient conditions, access, extraction requirements and the distance between machine and work area.

Need a confirmed configuration?

Send the workpiece and target result.

Include material, dimensions, process requirement, target speed, electrical supply and destination.
