How contact shortcuts work
The current website form does not save information to a website database. After you complete the form, your own email application opens with a prepared message. No enquiry is sent until you review it and press Send. The WhatsApp shortcut opens a conversation with Jinhu only when you choose it; your use of WhatsApp is then subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to understand your requirement, communicate with you, prepare or coordinate a quotation, assess possible equipment configurations and support the resulting project. We do not sell your personal information.
Necessary sharing
Project information may be shared with relevant equipment suppliers, technical specialists, logistics providers or service providers when necessary to evaluate or deliver your request. We aim to limit sharing to information relevant to that purpose. Please avoid sending confidential files before an appropriate confidentiality arrangement is in place.
