Surface cleaning
Rust, paint, oxide, oil, coating, mold residue, and pre-weld or pre-coating surface preparation.
Laser application support
We connect material, contamination or joint type, power, cooling, working format, supplier configuration, and export execution.
The AVELRIN approach
A laser machine is only suitable when its source, wavelength, power, beam mode, optics, cooling, controls, and working format fit the actual material and process.
AVELRIN structures those questions early, coordinates sample testing where available, and keeps the selected configuration connected to the commercial and delivery scope.
We clarify the application, material, target capacity, finished result, destination, and project constraints.
We identify suitable equipment routes and coordinate the technical questions needed for a workable proposal.
Configuration, scope, pricing, trade terms, schedule, and documentation are aligned before commitment.
We maintain communication around production status, agreed checkpoints, and inspection arrangements.
Export documents, packing, shipping liaison, and after-sales communication stay connected through handover.
Typical applications
The right machine depends on the workpiece and quality target. These application groups provide a starting point for the technical enquiry.
Rust, paint, oxide, oil, coating, mold residue, and pre-weld or pre-coating surface preparation.
Stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, thin sheet, cabinets, frames, kitchenware, and repair work.
Metal parts, tools, electronics, plastics, packaging, wood, glass, labels, serial numbers, and traceability.
Thin sheet metal, enclosed CNC cutting, small-format precision work, and specialised glass drilling enquiries.
Before an order
International machinery purchases need more than a model name and price. AVELRIN asks suppliers to confirm the following scope in writing before commitment.
Model, power, source, working head, cooling, controller, included accessories, options and electrical standard.
Price basis, currency, MOQ, payment milestones, quotation validity, production schedule and Incoterm.
Packing list, invoice, origin information and any model-specific certificates required for the destination.
Packing, shipment scope, manuals, training method, warranty boundary, spare parts and support contact.
Certification, performance and warranty are only treated as confirmed when they appear in the final written quotation for the selected machine.
Bring us the challenge
Even an early-stage brief is enough to begin. Share what you know, and we’ll identify the information still needed.
